“Sardar Hayaat MUHAMMED Khan Mandokhel” the founder and Chairman of Gilgit Baltistan Cricket League (GBCL) is an award winning entrepreneur, Chief of Mandokhel tribes, agriculturist, sportsman (Martial Arts i.e. Karate and Wushu Kung Fu Player) having rendered services for the promotion of sports and sports players all over the country, has served as “NWFP (now Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) Karate Association Chairman” and also have been supporting Pakistan Boys Scouts Association for the welfare and promotion of sports and youth activities.
